Itachi noticed the woman's chakra immediately. It was impossible not to, with sharingan activated. This was a jinjuriki. The spots of red reminded him of Gaara, Deidara and Sasori's main target, but not quite. Another timeline, perhaps... and clearly one in which those two did not succeed.

He was thankful for that, and a small smile escaped his lips.

"There are... no Akatsuki here..." he insisted politely, in spite of his cloak.
