[Open] Good thing rain doesn't affect Hiraishin tags...
He'd been in Michi no Sato for a little over a week and already Minato was finding himself baffled by the strangeness of the village. Aside from the many different versions of his son he'd come across or been told about, there were also plenty of repeat Uchiha, a female version of his son, and even a few Suna-nin; to be fair, three of them were the same person.
But right now, despite the torrential downpour currently drenching the village and surrounding area, he was visiting various points around the village to leave seals in inconspicuous places. So far, nothing of note had happened, but he wasn't Hokage (or hadn't been Hokage? Was he still Hokage?) for nothing, and he was a cautious man.
Which was why he was out and about in this horrendous weather, looking rather like a drowned yellow-and-white rat as he casually touched the banister of a random porch to leave a seal.
