[open] Snow means fire is okay!
The littlest Sasuke was outside in the strange weather, highly enjoying that piled-up snow. Since it -was- snow and it -was- cold down there, he had thicker pants and those winter boots. The strangely warmer weather above meant he could just wear his usual shirt.
So here he was, leaping inthe air and spinning on himself once as he made the signs for the jutsu and launched it, four fireballs obliterating the tiny mounds of snow he had built as targets, as well as the snow underneath it. The fireball was taken out y the frozen ground even before burning it.
He had this 'Oh yeah, that was awesome!' smirk as he landed, his head -still- a nest of colorful paper cranes, stuck there with chakra. There were an almost-permanent six now.
