[open] Lamest summer EVER!
While some people were somehow able to enjoy the weather, he.... stared at it, completely baffled.
Madara could usually see anything as an opportunity to train, so it would be a shock that he wasn't doing so right now. Not to worry, he had most likely trained to his heart's content before even setting foot in the village from his small home atop the hill nearer the Hokage.
The personalized weather was one thing, but this...?
"Seriously, hell's with that weather?" he grumbled, glaring at the snow on the ground from a rooftop.
