It's just that kind of day.

The lure of sleeping in after the night before had been intense, and thus it was more than understandable that when the other two went off to tend to things like sparring and shopping, Itachi had instead burrowed himself more deeply under the covers. He would get to these things, yes, but he was just... sleepy.

Though, he would freely admit that perhaps part of it was motivated by the fact he really just wanted to see if anyone would -let- him sleep in.

(OOC: Not just for his housemates. Those willing to come drag him out of bed who know where he lives are welcome too. Even if just by way of banging on the door.)

He made a little noise when the kiss was broken, but simply cracked his eyes open, watching him through his lashes. "Whatever you'd like otouto."

He shook his head a little, leaning against Itachi once more as he murmured, "I don't know what I want."

He nodded once, lifting a hand to run over his hair and down his cheek. "I'm happy I can touch you at all now without you twitching, so I suppose asking for more is simply being greedy, isn't it?"

Sighing softly, he closed his eyes and leaned into Itachi's touch, shoulders slumped in a gesture to show that he was, at the very least, relaxing. He wasn't sure about anything more than trying to get comfortable with Itachi but... Maybe, for now, this was enough.

"I'm sorry I demand so much." He leaned in, breathing in deeply against his shoulder as he closed his eyes, fingers resting on his face. "I shouldn't, I know that. Just... being forced away from you hurts."

"... I still need to get used to you again," He murmured, wrapping his arms around Itachi and resting his head against his shoulder.

He slid his arm around him instead, rubbing his cheek against him. "I know. A few weeks isn't enough. Just... anything at all you want to do with me Otouto, you have but to tell me."

He only nodded, moving to kiss Itachi's cheek and held him close. He rested his chin against the elder's shoulder then, trying to make himself more comfortable there at the moment.

He nosed at his jaw with a faint, sad chuckle. "I think she was hoping you'd take me off her hands for a little while."

"... She'll have to wait."

He nodded to show he understood and shifted a bit, curling up against him. "Thank you though."

"There's nothing to thank me for."

He gave a faint smile and rubbed his cheek against him, settling to a comfortable position against him. "To me there is."

He only nodded after a moment, petting down Itachi's back as he simply sat there. It'd take some effort, mostly on his part... But maybe this could work. Maybe his scars would eventually fade into a bad memory.

Even with the moment of bad feeling earlier, he was settled enough not to press for anything, just tucking himself against him and closing his eyes to soak in the attention.
