The lure of sleeping in after the night before had been intense, and thus it was more than understandable that when the other two went off to tend to things like sparring and shopping, Itachi had instead burrowed himself more deeply under the covers. He would get to these things, yes, but he was just... sleepy.

Though, he would freely admit that perhaps part of it was motivated by the fact he really just wanted to see if anyone would -let- him sleep in.

(OOC: Not just for his housemates. Those willing to come drag him out of bed who know where he lives are welcome too. Even if just by way of banging on the door.)

He made a little noise and peer at her fingers. "I'm not stopping you from looking, but must you right this second?"

She sighs through her nose and stays up on her elbow for a moment as if seriously considering going right now, then just flops to the futon and draws the covers up. "Not right now, no," she grumbles.

He turned his head to follow her motion, then hummed. "Was that all the scolding you had in you then?"

She frowns and flicks his nose again. "You're teasing me now."

He leaned up and nuzzled into her palm. "Well, I would have preferred it if it was something I either deserved or could do something about, but the approach was nice."

She can't help it; she looses a bit of the severe frown at the cuteness of the gesture, her fingers curling in against his skin before she leans forward to press a gentle kiss to his cheek. "You can do something about it, as soon as I find a medic. Promise me you will."

A pause as she blinks at him, finally catching up. "Wait, what approach?"

"I promise as soon as we find a medic I'll let them check me for anything that might be wrong." He nuzzled her palm. "You were a bit forceful, that's all. While being rather clear I wasn't to be arguing with you."

"Well duh!" She jabs a finger against his chest, a little more lazily this time, but with no less force. "You shouldn't argue with me no matter what I say when it's about your health!"

He hummed a soft affirmative, eyes drifting to track her hand through his lashes. "Does that mean I should find things for you to scold me for?"

"No, why would you even...?!" She shakes her head and scoots back in close to nuzzle her way against his chest. "You're teasing me again."

He made a soft negative noise. "I just really liked your start when you decided to scold me." It was a low murmur and he trailed his fingers upher back.

In spite of herself, she feels herself starting to relax into his touch, eyes fluttering closed against him. "So you're saying you'd rather I be mean to you even when there's no reason?"

"No..." He ran a fingertip up her spine, voice going low. "But while you're a bit rough with me, you don't tend to be very -forceful- about it. I think I've just realized the possible benefits of that."

Her cheeks flush a light pink as she keeps her face in against his chest. "I though Sasuke was the forceful one?"

"True." He brushed his fingers up and traced along her ear. "If you like I won't mention it anymore."

She nuzzles her nose there against his chest and presses a soft kiss there. "I only want to make you happy," she murmurs, remembering what the child had said. "Just tell me what you want, and I'll do it."

He was quiet for a beat, hesitant, and he gave a little shake of his head. "I don't intend to ask anything you have no interest in."

She bites her lip, then smirks, glancing up at him and giving his nose a harder flick. "I'll decide what interests me, okay?"

He just stared at her a moment before sighing softly. "I have no idea how to even ask now."

"Why? What is it?" She nuzzles her lips up along his skin to press a kiss to the hollow of his throat before glancing up. "Just ask~"

"It was... along the lines of what we were talking about before." It was a murmur, and he shifted a little,watching her. "That's all."

"About scolding?" Her brow furrows as she thinks about it, giving him another glance. "So you mean something like..." But Itachi never does anything wrong, what was she supposed to scold him on?!

"You're sleeping in late instead of helping me train!" Her hand moves back to tug his hair, mostly just because she already knows that's one of his weaker points. "Get out've your pajamas already!"

The sheer... bewilderment of her attempt relaxed him, and he laughed softly, turning his head into the tug. "Mmm, not exactly."

He stretched a little. "But if you're telling me to get undressed I'll of course do as you say."

"Then what, then?" She puffs out a cheek and doesn't let go of his hair, instead shifting under the blankets to force him to his back and straddle him, not intending to let him up until he explained. "Don't even start with that until you tell me what you want!" To reinforce that, she grabs the hem of his pants lest he start trying to wiggle out of them.

His eyes went a bit lidded at her actions and he stared up at her, reaching to trace his fingers up the back of her hand and arm where she had a grip on the material. "That. Press me to do what you want. Tell me and don't let me distract you out of whatever you decide. -Play- with me. And if I don't listen, well, you'd be well within rights to punish me for not behaving."
