One Long Mission

With a light spring in her step, out was Karin. She felt quite good thanks to some strange but oh so pleasant dream she had. It was so, so vivid too, she could even feel Sasuke's chakra.

Where are you Sasuke? Maybe this was a premonitory dream!

Combing the mountains for hidden entrances had been something grueling, but something she somehow hardly minded doing. She was properly dressed for the weather throughout the task either way, and this festival she hardly minded for had come and gone.

The news brought back by travellers, however, had her quite angered as they reached her ears while she recharged and stayed out of the cold but warming weather. People being killed... children being kidnapped, more being attacked, and unfortunate women?
....oh, well she wasn't about to just sit there and let things go on like this. Escort missions weren't her thing, and besides, she had a plan of her own.

Besides, -she- was a pretty woman too, right? Travelling alone to and from this Riku village should net her some people to give a lesson to.

She was not one to enjoy such a fun game on her own, however. She would ask if anyone else wanted to join in on this fun expedition to teach a lesson to people that have nothing better to do than attack others.
Her first stop, as she walked purposefully towards a certain direction, was to be Orochimaru-sama's hideout. She had to report to him either way, and since he stated he wished to train her to better use her skills, this trip might be the perfect occasion...
